Project Overview

A Product Overhaul
The goal with this project was to make the product offering more streamlined and clear to Guests. In addition we worked to address feedback from Guests who preferred aspects of older versions.

This included allowing Walt Disney World Guests to purchase and book in advance of their visit and a return to automatic time selection, but allow easy editing of time.
A New Premire Tier
In addition to these updates a new premium product was also developed to sit along side the standard offerings.

This new product allows Guests to ride every attraction in a park once at anytime during the day.

This provides the most freedom to Guests who didn't want to plan every hour of their visit. However, this product has limited availability and can sell out.

My Role

For this project, I returned to Ride Access as Design Manager after spending time on other projects and spaces.

I took over mid-project and oversaw 5 designers during the final year of design and development. I provided guidance to the team, given my long history with the product, and helped sell ideas to new leadership that didn’t understand the complexities of different Guest scenarios.

We transformed two existing products (Lightning Lane Single Pass, Lightning Lane Multi Pass) and introduced a third premium product (Lightning Lane Premier Pass)
